Mr. Keever is a shareholder resident in the Los Angeles office of Coudert Brothers.　 He travels frequently to Asia, and speaks at seminars for Asian audiences.　　　　 

Mr. Keever has extensive experience with international business transactions in a variety of industries. He has advised clients on joint ventures, capital formation and structure, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and lending in areas such as telecommunications, broadcast and cable television, radio, cellular telephone franchises, and product licensing.

Mr. Keever has previously served as in-house counsel to the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C., Security Pacific National Bank in Los Angeles and Golden West Broadcasters in Los Angeles. Recently his practice has involved the financing of high technology entertainment products, aircraft leasing, and mergers and acquisitions in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and banking industries. Mr. Keever is also a member of the Business Law Section and the Tax Section of the American Bar Association.　　　 

Mr. Keever received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and also holds an advanced degree in taxation from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.　 He is admitted to the bar in Virginia, the District of Columbia, California and Texas. Mr. Keever is currently a consultant to Elite International Law Offices, in Taipei, Taiwan.
