Kenneth Y. Choy¡@¡@¡@¡@ 

Mr. Choy is the managing partner of the New York office of Brand Farrar Buxbaum LLP, a law firm with offices in the U.S. and Asia. His practice covers all aspects of international business transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, business formations, executive transfers, structuring and implementing business plans and strategic partnerships. He has negotiated and drafted licensing agreements, affiliation/agency/distribution agreements, real estate documents, employment related agreements, general corporate bookkeeping documents and general business contracts.¡@¡@¡@¡@ 

Mr. Choy advises and represented international clients in administrative and regulatory matters in the U.S., Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. He counsels clients, including governmental entities. on the legal and business practices and customs in the U.S. and Asia. He also represents international entities in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.¡@¡@¡@ 

Mr. Choy received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. He earned an undergraduate degree in History, specializing in Chinese history, from San Francisco State University where he also did graduate work in Asian American studies. While a law student, Mr. Choy clerked at the legal department of an international corporation, a New York City law firm and served a judicial extern in the chambers of the Hon. Dolores K. Sloviter, presently the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.¡@¡@¡@ 

He is a regular seminar and conference speaker in the U.S. an Asia on matters of international business transactions and international law. Mr. Choy is a member of the New York and California bars, the international Law Section of the California Bar Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association.¡@¡@¡@ 

Mr. Choy is currently a legal consultant to Elite International Law Offices in Taipei, Taiwan.¡@
